At Moti Mahal, we want you to be happy with your order. Because all our jewelry is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment, we only accept returns or refunds for items that are incorrect.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item received must not match the item ordered

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: Damage caused during shipping is not eligible for return or refund. All items are properly packed before shipping.


Return Timeframe

You may request a return for an incorrect item within 3 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Refund Process and Timing

Once we confirm that the returned item was indeed incorrect:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval of your refund

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 4-9 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchange Options

If you received an incorrect item, we can offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the incorrect item


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged during shipping


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Moti Mahal is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transitduring the return process.
